The HR Manager is responsible for supporting the HR department in various aspects of HR administration, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The HR Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process by creating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and creating development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution of workplace conflicts.
- Assist with HR compliance, including maintaining employee records, ensuring that policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legal requirements, and completing reports as required.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits programs, responding to employee inquiries, and resolving any issues related to benefits.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Plan and manage team-building events.
- Manage administrative functions such as managing office supplies, equipment, and space, ensuring that office equipment is functioning properly, and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, with experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and other HR software.
The HR Specialist will work in an office environment and may be required to work outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines or address urgent HR issues.
The salary for this position will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
